The busy, interesting position includes answering all incoming calls, taking messages, greeting vistors and clients, arranging couriers, dealing with mail, looking after meeting rooms and bookings, receiving faxes and emails, as well as secretarial duties when time permits.
You will be the first point of contact with the firm, so a friendly personality, clear speach and excellent use of the English language are required, as is an excellent professional presentation.
In addition, you will be well organised and able to prioritise tasks, and enjoy being busy and dealing with people.
Good Microsoft Word and accurate typing skills (45 + wpm) are also a large asset, as is knowledge of Microsoft Outlook.
Salary is in the region of a $45K package and this role starts asap.
